Are you interested in seeing how other Vermont communities have implemented smart growth policies? This section of the Toolbox features community case studies, the lessons they have learned and the tool they used to accomplish their goals.
Each case study begins with a “Community Overview” that provides information about the municipality such as population, size, and the issues they are facing. It is followed by “Tools You Can Use” that features the Tool, why the community implemented it, and how it has helped. Each entry also has a “Lessons Learned” section to help you avoid the mistakes made by others.
