We join others in condemning this week’s attack on the nation’s Capitol. At VNRC, we commit to doing our part to take bold action to make this country a true democracy where we stand with and for each other.

We also condemn the history of racism that allows for the fundamental irony we witnessed: when Black organizers seek justice, police attack, but when white vigilantes commit violence, police stand by.
