Sophia Clark, youth representative to the Vermont Climate Council, joins us in today’s Climate Dispatch. She shares her hopes for participating in this body made up of appointed individuals from diverse segments of Vermont life. The Climate Council has been charged with creating a climate action plan for Vermont, to meet the emissions reductions mandated by the Global Warming Solutions Act.
