Two Things: Don’t forget to vote + year-end giving opportunities

Two things: This week, we’re reminding you to vote on or before Election Day, Nov. 5th, and sharing opportunities for year-end giving to support our work.

Stay informed, stay connected – two things.

With federal and state elections just around the corner, now is a great time to make your plan to vote. If you’re already registered to vote and have received a mail-in ballot, don’t delay – send in your ballot as soon as possible to make sure it arrives in time for Election Day. If you need a little more time, then plan to bring your ballot to your town clerk or local ballot drop box. Or you can always vote in person, polling locations across the state close at 7 p.m. on Election Day. If you’re in line at that time you can still vote, but all ballots must be received by then!

Haven’t received your ballot yet? Make sure your voter registration is up to date  – check your status here. Same-day registration is also available at your local polling place on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5th.

Believe it or not, 2024 is quickly coming to a close. As we begin to wrap up the year and gear up for the 2025 legislative session, we’re reflecting on our recent accomplishments and feeling grateful for the donors and members who make our work possible.

From banning neonic-coated seeds that harm pollinators to building flood resilience across Vermont communities through better watershed protections, to ensuring more clean energy and creating a Climate Superfund, we’re hard at work advocating for a healthier environment for all — and we can’t do it without your support. Learn more about the advocacy work we do across our programs and how you can support our work here.
