Randolph Exit 4 Act 250 Case Heats Up

A controversial plan to develop about 70 acres of agricultural soils at an interchange off I-89 in Randolph hit a high pitch this month with the region’s Act 250 district commission recently hearing arguments from various witnesses, including VNRC working in partnership with the Conservation Law Foundation and the Preservation Trust of Vermont.  Several  media outlets including VPR covered a recent hearing.
