Vermont Conservation Voters is Hiring a new Executive Director!

We’re excited to announce that Vermont Conservation Voters is hiring an Executive Director! VCV is looking for an Executive Director to lead their organization during a time of growth and expanding impact. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and collaborative nonprofit leader who is familiar with electoral and legislative campaigns, environmental policy issues, environmental justice, and the Vermont political landscape. The position requires a person with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills who leads with vision and authenticity in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Join VNRC Restoration Ecologist Karina Dailey on October 2, 2024 for Removing Old Dams for Flood Resiliency! We’re hosting this educational, outdoor event in partnership with the Connecticut River Conservancy and Farm & Wilderness Conservation

Attendees will get the chance to learn about dam removal initiatives throughout Vermont, tour the site of a current dam removal and wetland restoration project, and hear from experts about its ecological impacts.
