This week, the Vermont Natural Resources Council and allies submitted a letter to the Vermont Climate Council laying out a set of priorities that we believe must be included in the Climate Action Plan to drive down climate pollution and meet our Global Warming Solutions Act targets; improve our communities’ resilience; and ensure equity is front and center in how we prioritize and shape policies and investment strategies.
The letter was signed by Vermont Conservation Voters, Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility, Renewable Energy Vermont, Vermont Natural Resources Council, and the Vermont Public Interest Research Group.
