Vermont Law School Presents Lecture on Land Use Planning and Law

On February 5th, 2009 the Vermont Law School will present Professor Joseph L. Sax’s lecture titled, “The Property Rights Sweepstakes: Has Anyone Held the Winning Ticket?”, as a Norman Williams Distinguished Lecture.
Professor Sax, professor emeritus at the University of California, Berkeley, specializes in environmental regulation and property rights. The event will take place from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Jonathon B. Chase Community Center.
