July 18, 2017 @ 8:00 am - September 30, 2017 @ 5:00 pm

Join us as we work to ensure every Vermonter benefits from clean energy solutions. Each of us has a unique role to play, but together, we can help Vermont achieve a carbon pollution-free future.

Throughout 2017, VNRC (and many others!) are going to be out in Vermont communities bringing people together to push for bold climate action right here in our state.

Together, we will advocate for Governor Phil Scott and the Vermont General Assembly to take action in 2018 by:

  • Outlining a plan for meeting the greenhouse gas reduction commitments of the Paris Climate Accords and Vermont’s own climate change goals.
  • Putting Vermont’s Comprehensive Energy Plan goal – a 90 percent renewable energy portfolio by 2050 – into law.
  • Turning the challenge of climate change into tax relief and economic opportunity for all by putting a price on carbon pollution.

Learn more by following the hashtag: #ActOnClimateVT – on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, and wherever you’re online. And use this calendar to check on events throughout the summer and fall.

Join the conversation by using #ActOnClimateVT when you take action, meet with a legislator, or attend an event.
