Applications for the 2009 Nancy Nye Fellowship in Rural Community Development
Local Initiatives Support Corporation (Rural LISC) and the Carsey Institute at the University of New Hampshire are accepting applications for their year-long Nancy Nye Fellowships in Rural Community Development for 2009. The goal of the fellowship is to support original research that builds knowledge and understanding of rural community development. Research and evaluation professionals, rural community development practitioners and students at the graduate level and above are encouraged to apply. The deadline for this year is March 15, 2009 and award decisions will be announced by April 15th. Recipients will receive $7,500 towards their research project and the accredited fellowship.
